i am an 8th grade drop out,bi-polar single mom who never worked less than 2 jobs or asked for help.i used to be the person in the family everyone came to when down and out.i bought and renovated 3 houses alone.first hit was marriage to man who defrauded me out of all but one property which i am still stuck with his name on so i don't even know if i'm forclosed but i desperately want to keep my mom(crippled but working,and my daughter(deans list full time student with double major on academic scholarships)in our home.they now reside in the one bedroom rental units i stopped renting because i reached 10,NO KIDDING 10 job lost 3 months minimum to evict tenants who shoved me so far into debt that they caused my present circumstances.some were sorry,1 sold my house keys on craiglist,1 of the apts.is too trashed to rent by couple i(worked with)for a year,one couple blocked the sewer in spite for having to leave filling my house with sewage while i had pneumonia due to utilities being cut off.x-mas month same as sell keys on craiglist guy.i prayed for death,but it did'nt come.i don't have a car(ex has 3)i need a lawyer who will help pro-bono and for the mort.company to freeze action till i can pay back 25,000.00in back rents that caused foreclosure proceedings.before this bad run of tenants,i was25 lbs.underweight but the mort.company stayed paid up.if they paid rent i would have pulled out of damage by my ex husband.stopped treatment for bi-polar,biopsies and much needed dental care until i recover but that was about 8 tenants ago.i just want to be in my home and pull myself out of this mess.legal aid said i fit financial criteria but they won't help in case any of my ex tenants wants to be defended against me.....not to worry,tenants know i can't afford a lawyer to persue owed money.if anyone has a suggestion on any of these issues   please.
